My first trip to Juvi!

It's Saturday so I get to hang out with Mom and Dad. We woke up bright and early this morning and headed over to Gma's house for breakfast. I had my usual, milk straight up, shaken and the rest of them had eggs and stuff. After breakfast we went to a park so I could ride the swings for the first time.

I was really scared and wasn't having fun:

Then daddy came and swung with me and it was better.

After the park we came home and guess who was there? My other Grandma!!

During out walk we were looking at houses that were up for sale and a neighbor came out and yelled at us. He said we were trespassing. Oh boy, my first trip to Juvi!!

She even brought me my own Seminoles cup to drink from during game days!

I hung out with her and Jeff for a while and then Aunt Donna and Uncle John came over for dinner. Everyone played with me and passed me around. It was a lot of fun but also exhausting. Grandma and Donna bathed me and then we played some more. I was so whuped by the time everyone left that I went straight to bed! I hope Sunday is as much fun as Saturday was.

Man do I love Fridays!! Mommy gets to stay home with me all day and I know when daddy gets home he will be in a good mood.

This morning mommy and I took a looooong walk around the neighborhood bright and early before it got to hot. Then we went over to Gma and Gpa's house to play.

After playing over there we had to go home and wait for the TV people to come over. We got High Def for the FSU games and a faster internet service so that I can blog easier! While they were installing, I got myself ready in my chair to watch the good stuff. In the mean time I played with my Octopus:

After they left it was time to eat. What will I be having tonight????

hmmm, looks like I am going to have peaches....I wonder if I will like them...

Yep, I sure did!!

Of course after that it was bath time: (the following movie contains full frontal nudity which might be inappropriate for some children)

Mommy bathed me and then daddy played with me and dried me off...we played Peek-a-boo!

After sleeping like a good boy last night I woke up this morning and hung out with dad while he was getting ready for work.

Miss Ashley came over and we hung out. She's my buddy. We always have fun together. I hung out with Grandma Shirl and Grandpa Tan man for the afternoon and I just found out my other grandma is coming down this weekend too! I can't wait...I bet she won't even recognize me because I'm sooo big now! When she last saw me I could barely do anything...now look at how easily I roll over....and that's not even the easy way, this is the hard way (from back to tummy)

Anyway, mom and dad fed me some peaches and they were yummy!

I took a bath and it was off to bed!

There really is no proper introduction to this video...but it makes mom and dad laugh so hard they start to cry.

Jax Patrick Garson...aka my future best buddy

Jax Patrick Garson was born at 1am on September 07, 2008 weighing in at 8 lbs 10oz.

Mommy and daddy went to the hospital today to visit him. They said he was very cute and was going to give me a run for my money with the ladies (whatever that means....girls are gross!!)

They took pictures and here he is...my newest buddy!! (daddy said that eventhough he likes the Hurricanes that we can still be friends)

This weekend I might get to go to his house to meet him. I can't wait because I have some much wisdom to share with him that I have picked up in my many months on this Earth. Things like:

• Scream bloody murder until you get what you want
• a poop free diaper is a happy diaper
• baby eats or no one sleeps
• explain the physics of the entire world revolving around baby
• when in doubt get grandma

These and so much more.

My First FSU football game EVER!!!

Today is my first Florida State football game EVER! I was so excited, I have been counting down the days for months!

The morning started off pretty slow. I woke up once last night at about 3:30 am and dad fed me. Then I woke up again at 7 and mommy took me out into the living room. We let daddy sleep until 9. When he woke up we got dressed to go to Sawgrass Mills Mall to get me some clothes (we got a coupon in the mail!) So daddy got me dressed, which is of course why I was wearing this:

I took a quick nap in the car on the way there. When we got there we were all psyched because there are always great prices at the outlet! We strutted our stuff down to Carter's and were very disappointed to discover that I basically already own the entire store. We couldn't put together enough good stuff to make the coupon worth it so we left.

On the way home we stopped for lunch and I sat in the booth like a big boy. We came home and I laid down for another nap. Then it was time to get serious and prepare for the game tonight!

Now it was game time. Dad found a great way to hold me so he wouldn't drop me when he is drinking:

So after all that we are set and ready to watch some football! We click on the big screen and....

Are you freaking kidding me??? So we waited almost an hour and then the game came on. We were on defense first and we stopped the other team quickly (what the hell is a Catamount anyway?). They punted to us and guess what happened.....

TOUCHDOWN!! That's right, he ran it all the way back. That was some exciting stuff. I don't know if my little heart can handle this for a whole season. Mommy, daddy and I jumped around and cheered and high fived. We look back over at the tv and guess what?.....

I couldn't believe it....just my luck. Well I tried as hard as I could to stay up until the game came back on, we even took a bath, but I was so tired from all of the celebrating that I feel asleep. Mom and dad said they are going to stay up and watch it and they will wake me if anything good happens. Good luck Noles and sleep tight everyone!

BOUNCIN'!

Wow, I have been busy the last couple of days. Mommy has a cold and so I have been taking care of her. We gave her lots of fluids and medicine. Daddy didn't want me to get sick so he wouldn't let me get into their bed this morning after he left for work. I was sad, but I understood he was just doing what is best for me. I am happy to report that mommy is feeling much better!! We had a little extra time this morning to play while we waited for Ashley to come over.

When mom left I hung out with Miss Ashley. She took a picture of me with her phone and text messaged mom and dad at work. They were so excited to see me on their phones!

Grandma Shirl picked me up and we went to her house. I hung out for a couple of hours and then I fell asleep. Daddy had to work a little late and mommy was visiting Miss Huina is the hospital (feel better soon!!), so I hung out longer than usual. She took me outside to feed the squirrels. Daddy showed up as we were feeding them and he said "be careful, they might eat your nuts" which confused me because that was kinda the point.

Anyway he took me home and I was pretty fussy. He tried me in my exersaucer but I cried. He tried me in my bouncer and I cried. He tried the Tv and guess what? I cried. Finally he grabbed the baby Bjorn and we took a walk outside. We walked for so long that I fell asleep right there strapped to the front of him!

Mom got home and it was time for dinner. I got to use my new seat and sit at the table like a big boy.

After dinner mommy put me in my Jumperoo and guess what? I started jumping away for the first time. It was so much fun! I bounced forever....watch:

I worked up quite a sweat with all that bouncin so it was time for a bath. Mom suds my hair really good!

After the bath I was whupped. Dad dried me off and I polished off another bottle and was off to the sack!.....

Happy Labor Day

Sorry for no post last night but mommy and daddy were playing fantasy football and wouldn't get off the computer for me to post. I think I need to get a labtop.

Bad News...because of Tropical Storm Hanna my first trip to Disney World has been postponed. We are now going to try and go the weekend of 09/26. Hopefully no storms get in the way then!

Today being labor day, dad and mom were both home to hang out with me. It was a pretty laid back day. We woke up around 8 and mom and I went to stroller strides while daddy mowed the lawn (looks good pops!). Was I excited to go? You decide!

Excercising is so tiring.....

so I took a nap when we got back.

When I woke up, I played in my new walker for a bit (yep, another toy...I think they are spoiling me...but I'm not gonna tell them!!)






After that I went to grandma Shirls for a bit and then home for another nap (for some reason I am only staying asleep for a half hour or so). After my nap we went swimming!! I got to use my new raft (and still another toy). It is AWESOME! It has a sun shade and everything so I don't have to worry about getting a sunburn. I had so much fun in it and mom and dad said I can take it to Disney with me if I want.






We went back to grandma's to wash the chlorine out of my hair....gotta take care of my lochs!!



I was whopped after that so I ate two bottles and then went down for a nap!

All and all a pretty great day!
